In this context, fundamental physical properties of matter, such as the refractractive index, conductivity, or resistivity, are studied using terahertz spectroscopy. The lectures will begin with basic concepts a of light matter interaction, in particular, how such concepts are used to determine refractive indices of varying susbtances, like semiconductors, magnetic samples, or liquid water. Score: 2.93 Dimensionen des Building Information Modeling Beschreibung: Das Ziel der Lehrveranstaltung ist, die unterschiedlichen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten (Dimensionen) des Building Information Modeling (BIM) in der praktischen Anwendung kennenzulernen. Hierzu werden die Studierenden in einem ersten Schritt die bauteilorientierte Gebäudemodellierung mit ArchiCAD erlernen und auf Basis eines städtebaulichen Entwurfs ein eigenes 3D-Gebäudemodell erstellen Thema Nachhaltigkeit und gliedert sich in die Ökobilanz des Gebäudes und einer Energieanalyse, welche beide auf Basis des Gebäudemodells erstellt werden. Darüber hinaus werden die Anwendungsmöglichkeiten von BIM in der Bauphase besprochen und anhand einer Augmented Reality-Software vorgestellt. Mit dem 7D-Modell wird die Nutzung vom Building Information Modeling im Betrieb erläutert und angewendet , wobei der Fokus auf dem Facility Management liegen wird. Die Übung schließt damit ab, weitere BIM-Anwendungsmöglichkeiten zu diskutieren und einen Blick in die Zukunft, über die Veränderung der Immobilienwirtschaft durch das Building Information Modeling, zu werfen.
